The creators of the EEPD would be grateful if those who wish to use any material from the EEPD could if possible first quickly read a short essay on copyright in health care information  www.fawdry.info/eepd/00_tops/Copying.pdf

Strictly conventional views regarding copyright for healthcare datasets, questionnaires and proformas are in practice unenforceable, especially in the care of the sick.

It is therefore only requested that, if anyone uses material from the EEPD itself (i.e not including material that is clearly sourced from others, who will naturally be concerned to protect their own copyright) we are happy to give open permission with three conditions

a) it should not be directly used for personal gain

b) the source of the material should be acknowledged and

c) please let us know if you have developed any suggested improvements or corrections
